Snap your fingers, blink your eyes twice…and hot, sticky baby July has vanished into crisp, ombre-treed October. My maternity leave ended in August, and between work/infant/ kindergartener/other life duties, personal time has been like the periwinkle unicorns that breakdance in my front yard (that’s to say, exceedingly rare).
